Futuro Futuro 38″ Skylight Ceiling/Soffit Range Hood

A glass light plane, not a hanging chimney

The 38 inch soffit range hood reads as a high-end fixture, not a chimney in the room. Tempered frosted glass fills the underside inside a thin stainless steel frame, so the flush mount ceiling range hood can disappear into a dark soffit or a white dropped plane. AISI 304 stainless steel resists rust and holds a collector-quality grain that belongs in a luxury remodel rather than a box above the range. Two LED light strips send a lot of light through the frosted glass. The panel floods the cooktop and island with even 4700K illumination, so prep and plating stay clear without extra pendants fighting the ceiling. Designers specify this glass ceiling range hood when the architecture should glow and the sightline across the kitchen should stay open. Investment-grade materials only matter if they finish the room; Skylight is built for that elevation.

Quiet capture for open rooms

Perimeter suction draws steam, smoke, and cooking aromas at the outer edges of the 38 inch canopy, so air is less likely to slip past a wide cooktop. An internal whisper-quiet tangential blower and four speeds let you match a simmer or higher heat while conversation stays at the table. Airflow reaches up to 940 CFM, with quieter steps down the range at 0.5 to 3.2 sones, so uncompromising capture does not have to mean a roar in an open plan. Hidden dishwasher-safe grease filters sit behind the glass for a cleaner look. The underside stays a calm frosted field until you open the panel for care. Perimeter suction and concealed mesh keep this stainless steel ceiling range hood refined on the ceiling and honest at the pan. Collector-quality engineering stays scaled for a residential ceiling.

Remote, reminders, and delayed shut-off

A wireless remote is included with this premium kitchen hood. Adjust airflow and light from the island or the dining seat without walking back under the soffit. An illuminated electronic panel stays on the unit for anyone who prefers a fingertip at the glass. A filter cleaning reminder tells you when the hidden mesh is ready for the dishwasher, so capture stays honest without guessing. Delayed shut-off keeps the 38 inch ceiling range hood running after you plate, then quiets on its own. That is livability in a luxury kitchen: controls that stay out of the way while the air finishes its work.

Inline blower and a ducted path

The included blower can sit with the canopy or be installed remotely inline in the duct run, not as an outdoor external motor. Relocating the motor away from the glass plane keeps the ceiling quieter and the architecture cleaner, which matters in open kitchens and high rooms. Plan the inline path with your installer so the flush mount ceiling range hood stays a light, not a machine in the soffit. Exhaust on IS38SKYLIGHT is ducted. For a ductless path, contact Customer Service so recirculating hardware can be specified honestly. Choose a ducted run when outdoor exhaust is available. Keep the conversation with the factory when the building cannot take a new vent. Height is adjustable from 4 to 14 inches, with a minimum of 28 inches above the cooktop and no upper limit on ceiling height, so tall rooms and soffit boxes stay composed. Italian craft for a residential kitchen

Made in Italy, this 38 inch recessed ceiling hood is artisan-crafted equipment scaled for the home: AISI 304 stainless, tempered frosted glass, and a whisper-quiet blower meant for daily cooking. Provenance and materials last in finish and structure, which is how renovating homeowners and designers get a kitchen worth showing. A good ceiling hood disappears into the life of the room once the novelty of the glow settles. The Skylight glass keeps sending light through frost while you plate, pour, and talk. That is the real description of a luxury 38 inch ceiling range hood: architectural presence that protects the air and the mood of the house. If your project needs a high-end flush mount ceiling range hood with Italian stainless, tempered glass, an included remote, and an inline blower option, this piece belongs on the short list.
